Although they are usually not very serious, panic attacks do have the potential to be a troubling, and even debilitating in some instances. There is usually no way to predict when an attack is going to happen or how severe it may be. Although they are usually unpredictable, they can generally be treated somewhat easily. At some point in our lives, most people experience stress, fear, anxiety or all of these. Although those are normal reactions in the face of life threatening situations, some people experience them more frequently than others do. Most people will experience terror in the event of an assault, violent situation, motor vehicle collision or another similar situation, but others experience it when dealing with their normal day-to-day activities. This condition is known as panic disorder and manifests in panic attacks. These episodes are not life threatening, though they may be experienced as such by the sufferer.

A migraine is a complaint that is quite often suffered by other family members, all of which have probably been experiencing them from a young age.
